配置完代理服务器后，当安装应用、编辑应用参数时，支持为容器添加环境变量以配置代理服务器
虽然用户可以手动编辑 compose 文件，但是每次升级应用时都要检查 compose 文件，遇到频繁更新的应用时还是较为麻烦的，不如在应用参数配置的表单中增加一个菜单，启用之后可以为容器自动注入 HTTP_PROXY HTTPS_PROXY 等环境变量。
