例如境内与境外都有节点，境外就无需配置这个代理服务器，当前该配置默认应用到全部节点，可将其改为可选择生效的节点。
为了避免删除节点后可能出现的 BUG，可以将这个配置移动到“多机管理”，为下拉菜单增加“启用/停用 Docker 代理”的选项。
