目前 1Panel 的自签根证书仅支持导出，但不支持导入也不支持多节点同步，我更换服务器较为频繁的情况下就经常要重新创建自签证书再安装到本地电脑（不安装浏览器会强警告且会禁用密码自动填充），较为麻烦。
因此期望能支持直接导入自签证书。
