Write the Driver Program

- [ ] Read in data from a file to do KPT through the menu by prompting for file. Or automated via the command line argument.
- [ ] Setup a basic menu for the whole thing.

Look at existing C++ files in the repository to understand the project structure. The driver program needs to handle user input for alphabet and key, read from files, and provide a menu interface. Start by creating a main.cpp that parses command-line arguments and implements a basic interactive menu. Check for any existing I/O or encryption modules to integrate.
