Description

The next sibling selector (adjacent sibling selector) does not work with :host.

<style webc:scoped>
    :host + :host {
        margin-block-start: 1rem;
    }
</style>

This should output xyz + xyz but produces xyz + :host.

Research direction

Start with the scoped CSS transformation for the adjacent :host + :host selector, using the linked reproduction to observe the current output. Confirm that the selector is transformed to xyz + xyz rather than xyz + :host; done means the reproduction produces the expected selector.
