Add target host option

I poked around the code and saw a `targetHost` option at a lower level, but I don't think it's passed down to the server? Anyway, in my case my local app has a subdomain, so I need to point it to `app.mylocalapp.com:3000` instead of localhost. Would a new `--target-host` be the right move here? Or does another way already exist?
