Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**

When I use my iPad to check on things, it can be a black box to see what the results of a “hit” is (200, the json is wrong, etc).

**Describe the solution you'd like**

Much like there is important notifications, we could have a running log.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

I’m thinking about trying Tianji again or going back to Uptime Kuma.

**Additional context**

This is an example of healthchecks.io (imo the gold standard for tracking pings)

Research direction

The issue requests an event log for monitoring hits, similar to healthchecks.io. Look at the existing notification and ping handling code to understand the data flow. Determine where to store and display these logs, likely in the backend API and frontend UI. A newcomer would need to understand the project's architecture for monitoring checks and results.
