[Feature Request]: Helm Chart

With the restructuring to using multiple services it would be good to provide a Helm Chart for easier deployment in Kubernetes environment which greatly benefit from the scalability

A Helm Chart that is provided with the releases would be great.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Currently I convert the docker-compose.prod.yml to the components for a kubernetes deployment

Examine the existing docker-compose.prod.yml to understand the multi-service architecture. Look for existing Kubernetes manifests or deployment scripts in the repository. The chart should define deployments, services, and configs for all components. Test the chart locally with minikube or kind, ensuring it matches the production compose setup.
