A traceroute monitor that logs hops and latency between each hop just like a standard traceroute.

There are none, even uptime-kuma is missing this feature.

Pretty clear cut really. Monitor type "Traceroute"

1. 1.2.3.4 (10ms)
2. 9.8.7.6 (200ms)
3. 1.1.1.1 (121ms)

and so on.

Look at existing monitor types in the codebase to understand how new monitors are added. The traceroute functionality will likely need a new Go package or system call integration. Check how network calls and latency measurements are currently handled. Implementing this requires understanding of network programming and integrating it into the monitoring framework.
