Admin panel development

Description:
Build a secure admin panel focused on user and event management only.
Admins should be able to:
View all registered users.
Edit, suspend, or delete users if necessary.
Create, update, and delete events.
Assign moderators or lecturers to specific events (optional).
The panel must be fully protected using role-based access (only admins can access it).
