Add `ScriptBuilder` JS bindings

Currently, the web client is using an `Assembler` model to compile note and transaction scripts. We should add bindings for `ScriptBuilder`, alongside methods for linking dynamic libraries, etc.
As part of this we should also probably remove any `Assembler` references from the webclient altogether.

Look for existing Assembler usage in the web client codebase to understand the current compilation flow. Investigate the ScriptBuilder API in the Miden SDK to determine the required bindings and linking methods. The goal is to replace Assembler references with ScriptBuilder bindings throughout the webclient.
