Stale claim notification persists after recovery with no claimable notes

After successfully going through the Recovery task, this tester had a notification stating he had notes to claim, even though he knew there was nothing to claim. He himself says this might be a bug and goes on testing it, seeing it he can claim the notes. Once he tests, the claiming fails, which makes him happy because there was nothing to claim. But he also states that there should not even be the information of notes to claim after the recovery.
