Activity page: Consumed/received notes remain incorrectly shown as “Transaction failed”

### Problem

The **Activity** page continues to show multiple entries as **“Transaction failed”** even after the related notes have already been successfully consumed/received.

In the screenshot, one of the transactions has already updated to **Received · Confirmed**, but the other related entries still remain marked as **Transaction failed**.

This leaves stale failure states in the activity history and can make users think their transactions are still unsuccessful even though the notes have already been consumed successfully.

### User impact

This can confuse users because the wallet reports a transaction as failed even though the corresponding funds/notes have already been successfully received.

Users may incorrectly assume that:

* the transaction is still broken,
* the funds were not received, or
* they need to retry the transaction.
