Minting tokens from custom faucet fails

How can this be reproduced?

1. Navigate to the "Create Faucet" tab, then enter the asset symbol and click "Create Faucet."
2. I’m directed to the next page, where I enter the recipient’s wallet address and the desired amount of testnet tokens.
3. Upon clicking the mint public notes, the transaction fails to process, and I receive the following error: error:RuntimeError: unreachable
