Description
There are a few normalization opportunities.
e.g. `account_storage_map_values::slot_name`, though I'm sure there will be many others. I would suggest waiting for the diesel de-migration to complete before embarking on this, to minimize the amount of churn.
We can start with listing the items we wish to discuss so long though.
