### What should be done?

To make development easier with the adapter (which is on yarn 4.9.4 with workspaces), we should upgrade the wallet to use yarn 4.9.4 as well

### How should it be done?

- bump yarn version
- update CI/CD
- fix compile time errors
- add yarn script to link adapter packages via portal module resolution

### When is this task done?

can build with no errors and CI/CD passes
