[Feature request] wake capable sources (interrupts)

Didn't find anything regarding wake capable sources, in particular interrupts. Would be nice to shed a little light on the topic.

The issue requests documentation on wake capable sources, specifically interrupts, in the Linux kernel. Start by reviewing the existing book content on interrupts and power management. Look for gaps where wake-up mechanisms are not covered. The goal is to add a clear explanation, possibly with examples, to the relevant chapter.
