UAD doesn't work on some older Android versions

**Describe the bug**
UAD isn't pulling the packages properly from my Samsung Galaxy S (S1) Plus (GT-I9001), running android 2.3.5

**Expected behavior**
See all of the packages i can uninstall and be able to uninstall them

**You have a solution?**
Use another adb command to pull the installed packages from the phone when an older android version is detected
