unable to uninstall t-mobile echolocate

**Describe the bug*
The app "com.tmobile echolocate" will not uninstall. Device: Samsung Galaxy S24
With box checked: "Export Current Selection (1)" "Uninstall Selection(2)"
With box unchecked "Export Current Selection (0)" "Uninstall Selection(1)"
This happens when "com.tmobile echolocate" is only selection made and also in a group.
UAD has to be restarted to clear bug
