### Proposed description
Add the following line
>Removing the contacts app will disable the user from being able to modify the Safety and emergency tab within the android settings app. Specifically the Medical info & Emergency contacts. This information is pulled on the lockscreen by first responders or in emergency sharing mode for emergency contacts.
This feature continues to not work even with a 3rd party app like Google contacts and therefore requires thee proprietary Samsung contacts to be enabled.

The issue is about updating documentation for the Samsung contacts package (com.samsung.android.app.contacts) in the Universal Android Debloater project. Look for the documentation files that list packages and their descriptions, likely in a directory like 'docs' or 'data'. Find where Samsung packages are described and add the proposed warning about the Safety and Emergency menu. Verify the change by checking the project's documentation structure and ensuring the formatting matches existing entries.
