Gui Glitching

downloaded .exe updated version and top of ui page is glitching and where it says reboot its empty boxes but recognizes phone. tried with 2 phones 2 diffrent brands (samsung & tcl) same thing happens. can not debloat phone either. i updated all drivers and have newer adb platform tools and uninstalled and re installed same instance. tried 2 diffrent usb cords also

i have used this .exe debloater so many times in the past and never had this problem im using same computer i have always used.
