Xiomi Redmi Note 9 not detected

first of all,yes,i know this is a cmmon problem for people who didnt follow instructions,but i did,to the letter,installed platform tools,activated debug on my phone, and put UAD on the platfrom folder,but it cant seem to connect,any help?
