After Uninstalling com.sec.android.app.apex I was completly unable to take motion photos and my gallery did not do face recognition on the photos anymore.
Reinstalling fixes this!

Find the documentation file listing packages, likely in the `data` or `docs` directory. Locate the entry for `com.sec.android.app.apex` in the `Recommended` list. Change its list from `Recommended` to `Expert` and update the description to include enabling motion photos and face recognition. Verify the change by checking the file format and running any documentation tests.
