Hello, I'm offing to be a package maintainer, I'm not very active here on Github, but I could dedicate an hour a week to

1. Merge fitting Pull requests that add packages or fix descriptions
2. Review package related Issues, and add fitting suggested packages to the list, and improve or close the rest

I'd also Improve the Issue Template, to be more like https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uBlock-issues/issues/new?assignees=&labels=&template=bug_report.yml

I don't have any codding skills, but I'm confidant I can help with the Packages and it's sad to see the list not being maintained with boatloads of contributions being made. I'm not gonna lie, I don't really have any proof I'm qualified for it, but I'm willing to help!
