Probably an outdated list due to the age of my phone, but my phone has

This is used to manage your bell account, probably worth keeping.

I honestly don't know for this one, it seems to be a widget? But there isn't a Bell widget in the system that I can find.

`com.bell.ptt`

Push-to-Talk app, like walkie talkies over cellular.

`com.quickplay.android.bellmediaplayer`

I *think* this is for FibeTV, allowing you to watch TV on your phone if you're a bell subscriber.

All in all, a very light loadout.

Look for the file containing the list of carrier packages, likely in a data directory or a configuration file. Add the four Bell package identifiers (ca.bell.selfserve.mybellmobile, ca.bell.wt.android.tunesappswidget, com.bell.ptt, com.quickplay.android.bellmediaplayer) with appropriate descriptions.
