Visual bug: description box scroll bar not rendering as it should

**Describe the bug**
The scroll bar appears to render on top of text and not properly aligned to the right of the text box. This was for me easier to replicate using the com.samsung.rcs description but it can work with any description if you change the size of the window. (it's just a very small visual bug that probably isnt even something to encounter on a 1080p screen)

The scroll bar should be aligned to the right of the text box, outside the actual text area

I'm running Linux Mint 21.1 with KDE Plasma, wayland version. My display is 1366x768p. UAD was opened from the file manager, by just double clicking the excutable file. The UAD version is a fresh download from the github releases page, but i recall this bug existing a few months ago when i last used UAD

The bug is in the GUI's description box scroll bar rendering. Look at the UI code for the description box, likely in a Rust GUI crate like egui or iced. Reproduce by resizing the window on a low-resolution display. Check layout and scroll bar styling to ensure proper alignment outside the text area.
