[Feature request] Add a button to Disable instead of Uninstall

Add a disable button. Some apps can't be removed by uninstalling but can be disabled. So, it's better to have a disable button.

The feature request is to add a 'disable' button alongside 'uninstall' in the GUI. Look at the UI code handling package actions, likely in a frontend module or Rust GUI logic (perhaps using a crate like egui or iced). Understand how ADB commands for disabling packages differ from uninstalling. Check existing button handlers to see where to add the new functionality and how to update the UI state.
