Split config repository for easier manage

Hey all, the database config `uad_lists.json` in single file json is painful to manage and contribute

I propose to create new directory, contain splitting templating json, can be structured by Brand name and Codename devices

Full config json will be generated using GitHub CI, any advice about tools templating or structured directory?
