Serious review of the debloat list

Parsing [the old lists](https://gitlab.com/W1nst0n/universal-android-debloater/-/tree/master/lists) didn't 100% work. There are some missing descriptions and some packages aren't in the appropriate recommendation list (`Recommended`, `Advanced`, `Expert`, `Unsafe`)

It will take time but this have to be done before `v1.0`

The issue references parsing old lists from a GitLab repository. Start by examining the list files in the old repository to understand the format. Then, review the current parsing logic in the Rust codebase, likely in a module handling list ingestion. Identify missing descriptions and misclassified packages (Recommended, Advanced, Expert, Unsafe). Verify corrections by testing the updated parsing against the old lists.
