Uninstalling com.samsung.android.knox.containeragent breaks existing work profile management

**Describe the issue**

I have a work profile managed by Shelter and a Secure folder profile enabled.

1. Uninstalling com.samsung.android.knox.containeragent on User 0 removes the main device settings entry to manage my work profile. Secure profile doesn't seem to be affected. Restoring the package fixes this issue.

2. Uninstalling it on your work profile doesn't remove the option, instead you are given a "Work Profile keeps stopping" error whenever you want to manage your work profile. Restoring the package fixes this issue

I encountered this issue when I used the recommended list for my device.
