description app "carrier" related to internet connection availability with manual private DNS hostname

The description I meant here is not related to a pack that is in the recommended list. But... your work is so damn precious so maybe is worthy to be integrated as best we can.

Settings - Connections - more connections settings - Private DNS - provider hostname.
This is valid both for wi-fi and mobile data.
Setting the Private DNS on "Off" or "Automatic" instead keep the connections still functioning.

Find the package entry for 'com.google.android.apps.carrierwifi' in the project's data files (likely in a resources or data directory). Update its description to include the user's note about internet connectivity loss when using a manual private DNS hostname. Verify the change by checking the GUI displays the updated text.
