When I want to find a package because something is missing in my system or want to troubleshoot sometimes if I could search by terms or certain words that are in the description that would help finding packages. For example Samsung Device care does not have "device care" in the package name (it only has .lool) so it was difficult to find it.

Look at the GUI code for the package list and search functionality, likely in a frontend module. Understand how package names are currently filtered and extend it to include descriptions. The search should match terms in the description field, like 'device care'. Test by building the GUI and searching for a package with a known description term.
