In one ui 8, if you uninstall continuity service, you will get a crash message every five minutes that "nearby devices" had chrashed, which is samsungs new ui to connect samsung devicel, like watches, buds, and whatever else they have. I suppose removing contjnuity service is no longer completely safe, at least its annoying to close crqsh window all day every day.

Find the package list or recommendation file where 'continuity service' is marked as safe to uninstall. Look for a file like 'recommendations.yaml' or a similar configuration. Change the safety rating for that package from 'safe' to a warning. Verify by checking if the app's UI reflects the change.
