Can't open other Versions than the 3.0 one

**Describe the bug**
For an unknown reason on my Windows PC I cannot open any other version of uad then the 3.0 Version.
Does not seem to make sense why it would run one version but not the other ones?

**Expected behavior**
Being able to open at least the newest version/s

Sadly not
