Description
My phone model: Samsung A34 5G
1) com.google.android.overlay.gmsconfig.common
2) com.google.android.overlay.modules.modulemetadata.forframework
The first application makes google apps not function well. For example, trying to log in to a google account in a google app results in that google app crashing.
The second application is much worse. Deleting your app will literally bootloop your device. It's happened to me 2 times!

Research direction
The issue reports two specific overlay packages causing problems on a Samsung device. Research involves examining the app recommendation logic in the codebase, likely in data files or modules that define safe-to-remove packages. Need to verify the behavior of these packages across devices and understand why they are currently flagged as recommended. Testing changes would require an Android device or emulator with ADB.
