Description
Create a 50GB allocation using the newallocation command in zboxcli, then fill all 50GB.
Increase the allocated capacity to 100GB with the updateallocation command and then lock an additional 50GB of ZCN in the write pool.
I uploaded the file, but an error "Max size reached for the allocation with this blobber" appears.

Research direction
The issue involves the `newallocation` and `updateallocation` commands in zboxcli. Start by examining the command implementations in the codebase, likely in cmd/ directory. Look for validation logic around allocation size and blobber limits. The error 'Max size reached for the allocation with this blobber' suggests a check in the blobber interaction or allocation update logic. Reproduce the steps locally to understand the failure point.
