[Episode 3] Typo in Chiester 45's character tip page

This Issue can be fixed by editing the image `Umineko/en/bmp/r_click/text/cha/ep3_2/s45_1.png`

Might be easier to photoshop the apostrophe in rather than find the original text file (although we should have the text file somewhere)


Locate the image file `Umineko/en/bmp/r_click/text/cha/ep3_2/s45_1.png` in the repository. Use an image editor to correct the typo by adding an apostrophe. Verify the change by checking the image in the game's character tip page for Episode 3. No code changes are needed.
