In the bg folder of the answer arc's graphic archive I found this unused file.
I believe this file appears in Episode 5 during the scene which Rudolf climbs up a ladder to reach the window of Kinzo's study. Judging by the file's transparency, this would be likely layered behind an image of an background file by the name _m1f_p1d_
