Patch development thread

Hey, everyone. The game releases tomorrow so I thought it was already time to make the new repository. Old and new collaborators are welcome to join the project. Please refer to [Umineko Question issue thread #68](https://github.com/07th-mod/umineko-question/issues/68) for more insight on patching Umineko Chiru.

As expected, I'll be here to help manage the project and release new patches. We'll still need help with graphics and voices since I won't be able to get the game by release.

Anyway, good luck and let's get ready for one more (perhaps the last) set of Umineko chapters. It's okay to cry by the end of EP8.
